Easyfairs will act as the host for visitors to Welding Week. As an exhibitor, your goal is to do business, meet people, and maintain relationships during your participation in the fair. That’s why Easyfairs, the organizer of Welding Week, takes care of as many tasks as possible, allowing you to focus fully on your objectives.

Event team
You will meet the Event Services team as you prepare for your participation in the exhibition. They are eager to share their expertise to maximize the value of your participation. Various services and products are offered to better align your stand with your needs. The Event Services team is here to assist you before, during, and after the event, including through the exhibitor manual and with any last-minute orders or questions.

- The event organization and the Event Services team are always at your disposal and are happy to assist you during the setup, the event, and the teardown.
- At Welding Week, as an exhibitor, you will receive a fully constructed, finished, and cleaned stand unit: floor space, walls, a nameplate, lighting with dual spotlights, and flooring.
- During your participation, you and your clients can enjoy free catering at the various terraces spread across the exhibition floor.
- Ample parking available for you and your clients at our parking lot.
- Prior to your participation, the organization of Welding Week provides various tools to help promote your presence at the event, ensuring you reach the right target audience.
- Free Invitation Service: 65% of visitors attend through Easyfairs' Invitation Service. You save on time, layout, and printing costs typically associated with sending invitations! Your company name will be included in the postal invitation, clearly indicating that you are personally inviting your client. Relationships already in our email database will not receive a physical invitation but an email with a unique registration code. Your company name will also be prominently featured in this email.
