FAQ
The app is available for download in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for Easyfairs NL.
After registering your booth staff, they will receive an email to create their account in the app. This welcome email contains a registration ID/badge ID. They can then create a password, which will allow them to log in going forward.
Click on the Help? button in the app to get in touch, so the email can be resent. Alternatively, you can email uitnodiging@easyfairs.com.
Under ‘App Users‘, you can see all app users. If you want to contact, for example, an attendee of the event, simply search for that person and click on ‘Show Interest’ to express your interest in connecting.
The entire program is visible in the app under the “Program” section. If you want to attend a session, you can add it to your agenda by clicking the ‘Add to Agenda’ button next to the session.
Under ‘Recommended for You’, you will see recommendations specifically tailored to you, such as visitors, booth staff, other exhibitors, etc. These recommendations are based on your profile and interests. You can show interest in the suggested people or companies, or skip them.
