The badge reader(s) you receive as an exhibitor during your participation enhance the visitor experience. With these readers, visitors can easily collect information about your organization, products, and any job vacancies. The number of badge readers you receive depends on the EasyGo package you have chosen. The badge reader sends the information you have uploaded in your My Easyfairs profile, allowing you to maintain control over the information you share with visitors.

How does it work?

Visitors can easily scan your badge reader at the booth with the badge they receive upon entering the exhibition floor. The day after the event, they will receive your product and company information (which you uploaded via My Easyfairs) by email.

What should you do during the event?

  1. Place the badge reader at your booth: in the visitor’s line of sight, easily accessible, and at the right height for easy scanning. Need advice? We’re here to help!
  2. The badge reader’s batteries will last throughout the entire event, so you don’t need to replace them.
  3. Return the badge reader at the end of the last day of the event.
  4. After the event, you will receive a list of the visitors who scanned the badge reader(s) at your booth. You can also request this information through My Easyfairs.
