Halloy CAM Production connects ERP and CAM and automates data exchange between work preparation and production. Production orders from Halloy Manufacturing are automatically prepared for the linked CAM software, eliminating the need for manual data re-entry.

After nesting and programming in the CAM software, relevant production data is automatically fed back to Halloy Manufacturing. This includes information regarding material consumption, processing times, and the status of production orders. In this way, ERP and CAM remain connected, ensuring both the office and production have access to up-to-date information.

Halloy CAM Production integrates with CAM solutions from Bystronic, LVD, Trumpf, and WiCAM, among others. This allows existing machines and CAM software to become part of a single integrated information flow. The result is less manual data transfer, a reduced risk of errors, and better alignment between planning, work preparation, and production.
