Halloy Calculate automates the calculation and work preparation of 2D and 3D files for metalworking companies. You can easily add files from your web browser, after which linked CAM software analyzes them and calculates processing times and material consumption, among other things.

Previously analyzed files are automatically recognized, and additional operations can be calculated parametrically. This eliminates the need to manually determine data every time, creating a uniform and efficient calculation method.

Halloy Calculate integrates with CAM software from Bystronic, LVD, Trumpf, and WiCAM, among others. Calculated data, images, and production documents are automatically processed and can be immediately forwarded to Halloy Manufacturing for a quotation, sales order, or production order. In this way, calculation and work preparation come together in a single process, and information flows from the supplied 2D or 3D file directly into production.
