Using a photo of the material, the exact position of the material can be determined with an accuracy of up to a few millimeters. This makes nesting much more reliable and minimizes positioning errors.

With the help of the camera, you automatically determine the zero point of your material. This speeds up the positioning of the cutting head and significantly reduces the risk of errors during setup.

Remnants are optimally utilized through automatic nesting. This ensures that every usable part of the material is utilized and material waste is greatly reduced.

The system recognizes the material pattern based on the photo, allowing parts to be cut to be intelligently aligned with it.
