The PJ-8 has been developed for companies that place high demands on capacity, reliability, and continuity. With 75 kW of power and a flow rate of 7.6 l/min, this pump provides the basis for a stable waterjet process, even under intensive use. For you, this can concretely mean: increased cutting capacity per machine-hour, room for heavier applications, and greater flexibility to carry out additional work in-house. Depending on your current installation and applications, this can create room for growth without immediately requiring a complete additional machine.

Every PJ pump operates according to the intensifier principle: a hydraulic oil pressure of approximately 200 bar is converted into a water pressure of up to 4,000 bar. The PJ-8-4000 mounts two intensifiers on this, driven by a water-cooled 75 kW electric motor. This pump is water-cooled; air cooling is available upon request. In this way, it delivers up to 7.6 l/min, sufficient for high-flow cutting and for simultaneously feeding multiple cutting heads. If you need more power later, combine pumps until you have the capacity you are looking for. If you need a lower flow rate, look at the PJ-2-4000 or the PJ-4-4000.
