The Advanced Cutting Machine (ACM) series is a group of high end water jet cutting machines developed by Resato. The machine installation is a complete solution consisting of an ACM cutting table, a Power Jet pump, an abrasive supply and CAD/CAM software. To enhance the functionality of the ACM a wide range of options can be applied.
The ACM cutting table can be ordered in different sizes and cutting head configurations suitable for almost any Waterjet application.
Special version is the ACM 1010. This machine differs from the standard ACM series machines:
- Minimal size.
- Optimized for 2D configuration. no free reserved space for options.
- Available with standard ACM series substructure and integrated ‘Monoblock’ substructure.
Drive system, control system, waterjet specific parts and electrical installation is identical to the standard ACM series machines. The substructure however can deviate from the standard ACM series machines.
This ACM 1010 is available in two versions. First version has identical substructure as the ACM standard series, meaning a machine subframe with separated catcher that contains the ‘free standing’ cutting grid.
The second version is a optimized version where the machine substructure, catcher and cutting grid are combined into a single assembly, referred to as ‘Monoblock’ construction.
The ‘Monoblock’ version offers the possibility to lift the machine in one piece. This makes installation, and if desired moving of the machine very easy, no re-alignment of the substructure is required.. Integration of substructure, catcher and cutting grid also makes this design more efficient and cost-effective.
