      Quantum Series Pro

The Quantum Series® is a compact and powerful, fine dust and fume collector designed for the metal fabrication, thermal cutting and welding markets. The Quantum Series’ integrated spark arrestor and improved filter design allows this unit to provide the highest levels of efficiency and safety. Designed to take up the minimum possible floor space, the Quantum Series can be located close to your processes in order to minimize ductwork and reduce fire hazards created by sparks. Incorporating Camfil APC’s advanced filter design, the Quantum Series prevents the common filter failures suffered by some competitors in the market. A patent pending filter segmenting and volume displacement design improves pulse cleaning efficiency and reduces the chance for re-entrainment and clogging, while also reducing pulsing energy and noise. A strategically placed and fully integrated spark arrestor allows for higher separation efficiency and smaller footprint. Key features to notice about the dust collector: • Compact design • Efficient spark separation • Low emissions • Dust bin of 200L • Easy access • Flexible options • Plug & Play

    2. R-Brake 130T

      R-Brake 130T

The SafanDarley R-Brake is a revolutionary bending concept based on the E-Brake 130T press brake. In the SafanDarley R-Brake, the press brake and the robot are integrated into a single system. One of the major advantages of the SafanDarley R-Brake is its modular construction. A unique feature of the R-Brake is that the robot can be moved horizontally along a 6-meter traverse at the top of the press brake, leaving the floor in front of the machine completely free for supply and discharge stations, which saves a considerable amount of space. It also gives the flexibility to switch to manual bending at any time. • 100% electric press brake • Fully automated bending cell • Save up to 50% on energy costs • Up to 30% higher productivity • Faster production time • Accurate tool change • Lower maintenance costs • Back gauge covers the whole working length • Completely clear floor area in front of the machine • Sub-processes can be implemented before and after bending • operates very quietly • Quick and easy switching to manual bending • Easy offline programming • Customize with standard options • Possible to retrofit all options at any time

    3. RAS bending machine

      RAS bending machine

Do you work with thin to medium-weight plates, small batches, or varying products? Such as stainless steel cabinets, air ducts, panels, or roof and wall profiles? Then a swing bending machine from RAS is a smart addition to your press brake. The power lies in the up-and-down bending. Panels can be bent positively and negatively while the workpiece remains on the table. As a result, the operator has to do less lifting, turning, and supporting. In many cases, bending is five to six times faster. Production times also become more consistent, as parts can be bent semi-automatically or manually using SnapTools and a hybrid suction device.

    4. Real-time correction of seam shape at irregular pre-openings

Real-time correction of seam shape at irregular pre-openings

As long as parts fit perfectly together, gas cap and wire searching (Quick-Touch) are sufficient to measure deviations in the position of the weld seam so that the robot can automatically adjust it in the welding program. However, with V-, I- and raised welds, irregular pre-openings and deformations due to shrinkage or heat input, it becomes a lot more difficult and sometimes even impossible to weld these welds with the welding robot. Use of the welding robot in such cases is still no match for the speed and flexibility of an experienced manual welder. The ARC-EYE Adaptive plug-in that Valk Welding developed for its ARC-EYE CSS welding seam tracking system now changes this. ARC-EYE CSS is a laser sensor system, mounted on the robotic welding torch that registers deviations in the position of the weld seam during welding and corrects them in real time. This eliminates the need for manual program corrections and increases process speed. With the ARC-EYE Adaptive plug-in, the ARC-EYE CSS can now also be used to correct welds with larger tolerances in real time. Therefore, workpieces that could previously only be welded manually can now be welded on the robot thanks to this development.

    5. Repairs to lathes, milling-, drilling-, and sawingmachines

Repairs to lathes, milling-, drilling-, and sawingmachines

Service to metalworking machines. Which machines? We are very clear about conventional and ProtoTRAK CNC metalworking machines, because we are really specialized in that. Which service? It could be anything. A mechanical defect such as bearings, guides, couplings, replacing spindles, replacing belts, you name it. Accuracy: we can take measurements, adjust guides or align machine elements Electrical, as long as it is not an NC or CNC control unknown to us, we can detect and solve electrical breakdowns Hydraulic and pneumatic repairs Safety, adjusting or installing new safety components. Convert, install a digital readout, change function, the possibilities are endless. What about parts? Parts of our own new machines are simple, we have close contact with the manufacturer and we also have access to a warehouse with thousands of current parts. With older used machines, there is a good chance that the manufacturer no longer exists. Here too we have built up a network through our years of experience where we can still supply parts of many brands. If this is not possible, we can usually manufacture these ourselves with our machines in our workshop.
