PJ4-4000
The PJ high-pressure pump operates according to the pressure intensifier principle. The pressure intensifier is driven by a hydraulic pump with an electric motor. The intensifier converts the oil pressure into a water pressure that can be regulated between 300 and 4000 bar. A pressure-compensated hydraulic axial plunger pump is driven by an electric motor with a nominal power of 30 kW and a maximum oil pressure of 200 bar. The hydraulic pump is equipped with electronic pressure control and a safety valve that depressurises the system when the pump is switched off. Excellent cutting quality due to minimal pressure fluctuations. This is achieved by optimising the stroke volume, high-pressure accumulator and electronic switching of the pressure intensifier. Easy access to all important components thanks to ergonomic design and working height. User-friendly operation. Very low noise level: <72 dB. Accumulator To minimise pressure pulsation in the system caused by switching the intensifier and opening and closing the cutting head, an accumulator with a capacity of 2.5 litres is integrated into the system. The accumulator has been proven to significantly reduce wear.

Portal Press with Manual Movable Portal
These Profi Press portal presses are equipped with a movable cylinder (left-right) and a movable frame (longitudinal). You can move the cylinder and frame by hand. So, the operator has an easy access to all different points of the surface. This hydraulic press is eminently suitable for the straightening of large sheets and heavy structures.

We manufacture our Straightening Press with Motorised Movable Portal in Europe. The press is very useful for the straightening of large sheets and heavy structures. Our hydraulic straightening press is made out of high quality S355JR steel. These models have a movable cylinder and a movable portal / bridge. The movement of the headstock and the frame is motorised for an easy and effortless operation. A motor with frequency inverter and a cogged belt perform the longitudinal displacement of the frame. This feature ensures precise and sensitive movements.

Powerjet Go
The PowerJet Go is a high vacuum welding fume extractor specialized in (but not limited to) on-torch extraction. The unit is equipped with a HEPA (H14) filter, and a large dust collecting filter. The AutoCheck safety features prevent using the PowerJet Go without a filter or inlet hose, as well as lock the top cover from opening during use. PowerJet Move
The PowerJet Move is a compact and portable welding fume extractor for light duty applications. Extract fumes directly on-torch, or use the optional nozzles to place an extraction point near your welding. The dust gets collected in the replaceable nanofibre filter, after which the air exits through the HEPA (H14) filter. With the telescoping handle and it’s portable size, the PowerJet Move is excellent to bring on-site or manoeuvre in small spaces. Powerjet Pro
The PowerJet Pro and PowerJet Pro Max are high vacuum welding fume extractors specialized in (but not limited to) on-torch extraction. The units are equipped with a HEPA (H14) filter, and a smart self-cleaning filter with HyperClean technology. Easily dispose of the collected dust by removing the pulp-molded Dustbin without any exposure to dust. The AutoCheck safety features prevent using the PowerJet Pro & Pro Max when the unit needs attention, such as emptying the dustbin.

Powerjet Pro Max
The PowerJet Pro Max is a high-vacuum welding fume extractor specialized in (but not limited to) extraction directly at the welding torch. With the Pro Max, two welders can work simultaneously and independently of each other without compromising extraction performance. The units are equipped with a HEPA (H14) filter and a smart self-cleaning filter with HyperClean technology. Easily remove collected dust by removing the pulped dust bin without exposure to dust. The AutoCheck features prevent the PowerJet Pro Max from operating when the device requires attention, such as emptying the dust bin.
