As a Technical Relationship Manager, you are the link between the customer, engineering, service, and production. You contribute ideas for technical solutions, guide processes from request to delivery, and ensure customers know exactly where they stand. So, no slick sales pitches. Instead, honest advice, short lines of communication, and realizing great technical solutions together.
Your challenge
As a Technical Relationship Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships. You translate technical questions into appropriate solutions and ensure that projects run smoothly. You maintain an overview, think ahead, and liaise continuously with customers, engineers, and service technicians.
This is what you will do:
- Maintain contact with existing customers
- Discuss and elaborate on technical requests
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Guide projects from request to delivery
- Liaise internally with engineering, service, and production
- Advise customers on technical solutions
- Identify commercial opportunities with existing relationships
- Visit customers and projects when necessary
