Junior Service Technician
At Elektrolas, we continue to grow. More and more customers rely on us for maintenance, inspections, and rapid support in the event of breakdowns. To continue delivering this quality, we are expanding our service team with a junior service technician. We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to learn the trade in practice. No years of experience are required; we value motivation and a willingness to learn more.
The Challenge
As a junior service technician, you will learn how to perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and inspect equipment at customer sites and in our workshop.
You will learn step-by-step how to troubleshoot and perform maintenance. Initially together with colleagues, and later increasingly independently. So, you don't need to know everything yet. If you are motivated and have technical insight, we will teach you the rest.
Specifically, you will:
- Shadow experienced service technicians;
- Perform maintenance on welding equipment and tools;
- Learn how to detect and resolve faults;
- Inspect, test, and prepare equipment;
- Accompany colleagues to customer locations;
- Gradually receive more responsibility.
In 2–3 years… You will be working independently on maintenance and troubleshooting, know customers by name, and have discovered where your strengths lie within the technical field.
