CalQore - Quote and Connect

CalQore is a new software platform for sheet, tube, and profile processing that connects estimating, work preparation, and margin insight. It stems from over forty years of combined practical experience from AESC and was developed in collaboration with manufacturing companies. While companies work with separate software, spreadsheets, and manual transfers, CalQore brings the process together in a single connected environment. Setup is performed via a guided seven-step process, covering everything from company profile and machines to materials, operations, margins, and CAD/CAM connections. This allows companies to get started quickly based on their own rules. The application includes extensive help documentation and is supported by CalQi, the local AI consultant. CalQi assists users, answers questions, and points to documentation, while business-sensitive data remains local. A user drags a STEP, DXF, DSTV, or PDF file into the system. CalQore reads geometry and document information, recognizes sheet, tube, or profile, and combines drawings, estimating, and work preparation. The integrated welding tool is also a distinguishing feature. From a 3D model, CalQore recognizes weld seams and the system determines the type of weld, such as fillet weld, butt weld, or T-joint. Length, position, accessibility, processing time, and manufacturability risks are taken into account. Welding work does not need to be manually redraw, counted, or estimated by feel. For welding companies, sheet metal workers, and construction firms, a truly accurate calculation is generated lightning-fast. Margins become visible in real-time during the calculation, per line, verifiable, and with a clickable audit path. Dashboards display margins, material impact, operations, lead times, status, and deviations.
