    3. Esprit Photon Lite

      Esprit Photon Lite

The Photon Lite is designed and built entirely in the UK, using only high-quality European components. Available in a variety of compact sizes—from 2.0 x 1.5 meters—it's ideal for both prototyping and production spaces where every square meter counts. Despite its understated appearance, it delivers top performance: a vector speed of up to 70 meters per minute, 1 g acceleration, and cutting capacities up to 30 mm steel or 25 mm stainless steel (with a 12 kW power source). The Photon Lite uses the same intuitive CNC controls as the rest of the Photon series, developed by the in-house software team. Features like LiveGuard® (collision detection) and LiveControl® (on-the-spot cut repetition) make work faster and safer. Combined with Esprit's Procut CAD/CAM and the IRIS Industry 4.0 system, the operator can remotely monitor and optimize the machine. The Photon Lite is fully CE and UKCA compliant. The machine is equipped with a closed, laser-safe enclosure, double safety interlocks, and active infrared light curtains on all corners. Two large viewing windows made of laser-protective glass provide a clear view of the process without compromising safety.

    4. FIRMAC

      FIRMAC

For over 30 years, Firmac Ltd. has led the way in the design and manufacture of high quality metal duct forming equipment and HVAC machinery manufactured and built entirely in the UK. Suchs as Duct lines, Plasma feeders, Coulissen production machines, Duct seam machnes Nu-Loc etc.

    5. Fronius Fortis The next-gen manual MIG/MAG welding machine

Fronius Fortis The next-gen manual MIG/MAG welding machine

As flexible as your work Welding tasks are often a challenge, especially for small and medium-sized companies. Some of the tasks change on a daily basis, as do the required welding processes. This calls for a welding machine that can be adapted perfectly to these dynamic conditions. With up to 240 optimized characteristics that have been specially developed for the requirements of steel construction, the Fortis series impresses with its reliable welding performance. In addition to steel, the MIG/MAG welding machine also masters materials such as aluminum and stainless steel effortlessly, especially in combination with the pulsed arc.

    6. Fronius Velo

      Fronius Velo

Faster, lighter, more efficient Long weld seams pose a particular challenge in manual MIG/MAG welding. It’s difficult to keep the welding torch steady and maintain a constant speed, which often leads to uneven results. This is where the Velo velocity assistant comes in, making the welding process noticeably easier and supporting both experienced welding professionals and beginners alike. It is compatible with all the main Fronius welding processes such as Standard, LSC, Pulse, PMC, and CMT.

    8. Handling & Assembly

      Handling & Assembly

Material handling Material handling robots are used to move, feed or disengage parts or tools to or from a specific location, or to transfer parts from one machine to another. Manufacturing companies all over the world integrate material handling robots into their systems due to their speed, precision and cost-effectiveness. Compared to manual material handling, they also provide a consistent standard of quality and a high level of repeat accuracy. Industrial robots, many of which feature vision technology or other equipment, relieve factory personnel from tedious and dull production line tasks, resulting in increased productivity and product quality. The robots eliminate downtime, reduce labour costs and provide a high return on investment. They can also operate 24 hours a day all year round.
