      CalQore - Quote and Connect

CalQore is a software platform for sheet, tube, and profile processing that connects estimating, work preparation, and production. It stems from over forty years of combined practical experience from AESC and was developed in collaboration with manufacturing companies. While companies work with separate software, spreadsheets, and manual transfers, CalQore brings the process together in a single connected, local environment. Setup is performed via a guided seven-step process, covering company profiles, machines, materials, operations, and CAD/CAM connections. This allows a company to get started quickly based on its own rules. A user drags a STEP, DXF, DSTV, or PDF file into the system. CalQore reads geometry and document information, recognizes sheet, tube, or profile, and combines drawings, estimating, and work preparation. In addition, CalQore Vision (beta) imports supplier drawings and orders completely offline and traceable, eliminating the need for manual data entry. The integrated welding tool also stands out. Based on a 3D model, CalQore recognizes weld seams and the system determines the type of weld, such as fillet weld, butt weld, or T-joint. Length, position, accessibility, processing time, and manufacturability risks are taken into account, ensuring that welding work is no longer estimated by feel. True-shape nesting with automatic scrap credit calculates using the actual shape rather than an estimate, ensuring accurate material costs. The cost price builds up per operation, is verifiable, and includes an audit process, after which the user determines the markup to establish the selling price. The application is supported by CalQi, a local AI consultant that monitors and advises in five languages, while sensitive business data remains on the user's own machine. CalQore is not a standalone calculation tool, but a connecting platform that captures knowledge, accelerates processes, and automates the entire process from inquiry to production.

      Fronius Velo

Faster, lighter, more efficient Long weld seams pose a particular challenge in manual MIG/MAG welding. It’s difficult to keep the welding torch steady and maintain a constant speed, which often leads to uneven results. This is where the Velo velocity assistant comes in, making the welding process noticeably easier and supporting both experienced welding professionals and beginners alike. It is compatible with all the main Fronius welding processes such as Standard, LSC, Pulse, PMC, and CMT.
