Bug-O / Snijden

DC IV De DC IV heeft een dubbel snelheidsbereik voor lassen en snijden omdat gekozen kan worden uit twee soorten tandwieloverbrenging. Omdat ook de motoroverbrenging in drie varianten verkrijgbaar is, is de DC IV daarom in zes snelheidsbereiken voor specifieke doeleinden te bestellen. Deze machine heeft een krachtige motor die zorgt voor veel trekkracht. HOB-O De HOB-O lichtgewicht precisie gaten snijmachine werkt eenvoudig en is gemakkelijk hanteerbaar. De HOB-O is eenvoudig te centreren op het werktstuk. Het enige wat hiervoor nodig is een centerpunt-markering. Deze vlamsnijmachine kan gaten snijden van 25 mm tot 200 mm binnenmaat en van 168 mm tot 1220 mm buitenmaat. Wanneer magneten gebruikt worden voor de montage, zijn deze afgeschermd tegen de hitte van de vlam. CB-1P Plasma Cirkel Snijmachine De CB-1P cirkel snijmachine voor het plasmasnijden van gebevelde snedes in buizen of vaten met een dunne wand met een maximale dikte tot 7 mm (5/16"). De machine wordt geleverd met een Thermal Dynamics air plasmastroombron en toorts. De CB-1P moet gemonteerd worden op een wagen of houder.

Ground Clamp Magswitch On/Off switchable ground clamps allow the welder to quickly place a ground clamp, weld the product and make the next weld connection. Place the ground terminal on a clean workpiece, fasten it with a flick of the wrist and start welding. It makes welding faster and easier than ever. This magnet is available in 300, 600 and 800 Amp. MagSquare Magsquares are extremely strong on/off switchable magnetic blocks with great adhesive strength on all sides. The welder enjoys full control over such a strong magnet. The MagSquare can be positioned with the material to be welded, after which the button provides the high adhesive force in an instant. Pivot Angle The Magswitch Pivot Angle can be used for any angle between 0 and 270°. Each of the “legs” is equipped with a magnet with 82.6 kg. holding power. The legs meet at the pivot point of the corner magnet. These can be fixed by means of a quick-release. The Pivot Angle can be used for both flat plate and curved surfaces in the form of pipe pieces.
Magswitch - Hand Lifters
This “Worlds First” electrically switchable Magswitch Hand Lifter offers the perfect solution for handling low-weight steel products. There is no longer a need to move sharp, hot or dirty steel by hand. The Hand Lifter is lightweight, electrically operated and extremely strong. For safety reasons, a 106 kg magnet is used to safely lift up to 27 kg. The rechargeable batteries can be switched on/off 2,000 times.
Bug-O / submerged
CW-7 Pipe Welding Machine The CW-7A welding machine is suitable for submerged arc welding of nozzles in barrels. The machine is equipped as shown and can carry up to 27 kg. (60 lbs.) on welding wire. The unit is complete with wire feeder, torch and cabling. The CW-7 is attached with a 3-claw mandrell.

Beam Jack The Magswitch 1.5 Ton Beam Jack is perfectly suited for pulling ferrous steel flat against stiffening beams, eliminating air gaps to allow for more efficient welding. It significantly reduces the welding time and ensures that extra welding jigs are hardly needed anymore. Mag Press The Magswitch Mag Press provides an easy way to align plates. Magswitch offers a solution that saves an incredible amount of time. The Mag Press has a holding force of 500 lbs (500 kg)! Using magnetic force and leverage, the tool aligns the plates!
Magswitch - Heavy Lifting
Magswitch LAY series magnets use different size magnets to achieve different depths of field. This allows for greater workloads and greater control over larger workpieces. The MLAY1000x4 is a lightweight heavy duty lifting magnet ideal for lifting thick plates, beams, pipes and performs well on air gaps such as rust and dirt. It has a unique design with a double swivel hook for both load stability and horizontal to vertical lifting. With adjustable pole shoes to suit almost any application, the LAY is a great all-round tool that is perfect for lifting round pipes and large steel plates.
Magswitch - Automation
The CoBot SmartMagGrip E30 is designed specifically to work well in the collaborative robot environment. It incorporates all of the same features as a typical Magswitch E-Series tool, including Variable Field Output (VFO) and integrated sensing technology. The CoBot SmartMagGrip E30 is currently supported with direct integration to Universal Robots through the Tool IO connector with a URCap communicating via RS-485.
