Shift Leader Production

You ensure that daily production activities run safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Requirements
What do you bring?
Intermediate vocational education (MBO+) working and thinking level. In possession of VCA VOL and Vapro-A certificates. At least 3 years of relevant work experience within a production or process environment. Experience with ERP systems. Forklift certificate and Emergency Response Coordinator diploma (or willingness to obtain these). Good command of the Dutch language and basic knowledge of English. Persuasiveness and natural influencing ability. Analytical, solution-oriented, and results-driven. Stress-resistant with a healthy dose of self-reflection. Proactive, decisive, and demonstrating ownership. What do we offer you? A full-time job with the prospect of a permanent position upon proven suitability.
