Stand type
Easyfairs offers different stand types. Here you can find all practical information for each stand type:

All-in stand
Space Only

All-in stand

The all-in stand consists of the following elements:

  • Stand walls: white panels in an aluminium frame. Wall height including frame is 250 cm. Visible size of the white panels in the frame is 240 cm high and 95 cm wide.
  • Fascia board: aluminium fascia on the aisle side for mounting LED spots.
  • LED spots on rail: 6 spots per 2 linear metres.
  • Name board: 1 green name board with company name and stand number.
  • Carpet tiles: anthracite grey carpet tiles.
  • Stand cleaning: daily vacuum cleaning of the free floor space of the standard floor.

    If you are not satisfied with the stand construction upon arrival, please report this at the exhibitors’ reception so that we can resolve it before the event opens.

Extra options all-in stand

Check the webshop or contact Event Services for alternative options for the all-in stand, such as:

  • Different type of floor covering
  • Raised floor
  • Different carpet colour
  • Removal of carpet
  • Different colour stand walls
  • Upgrade packages
Check the webshop or contact Event Services for options to personalise the all-in stand and make it stand out more. For example:

  • Eye catchers
  • Printed stand walls / seamless prints
  • Furniture
  • Decoration

  • If you do not want a fascia board, please inform Event Services (eventservices@easyfairs.com) no later than 10 days before the start of the event.
  • Removal of the fascia board is possible subject to conditions. This depends on the stand size and the stand types of adjacent stands.
  • If the fascia board is removed, the LED spots and name board will be omitted.

Rules and guidelines all-in stand

Stand construction

  • Screwing, drilling and nailing into the stand walls is not permitted.
  • Using tape on the walls and frames that leaves residue or pulls off the coating when removed is not permitted.
  • In case of damage to the walls, frames and/or fascia boards, €50.00 per linear metre will be charged.

Carpet

  • Removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop. If you remove carpet tiles from the stand yourself, the costs will still be charged.
  • When using sand, bark or other polluting materials in the stand, it is mandatory to protect the carpet tiles with foil or another protective underlay. In case of soiling or damage to the carpet tiles, €50.00 per m² will be charged.

Stand design

When placing stand objects in the all-in stand, please take the following height measurements into account:

  • Maximum construction height: 4.5 metres.
  • Maximum height for logos and visuals: 4 metres.

Rigging above the all-in stand is permitted. Suspension points, etc. can be requested via the webshop or Event Services. Rigging must be ordered through us and is carried out by Decoriginals. Check the floor plans for the no-rigging zones.

Fitting out the all-in stand is only allowed within the boundaries of the rented stand area. It is not permitted to place objects in the aisle outside the stand.

Open sides bordering aisles may be closed off for a maximum of 50% in order to maintain sightlines.

space only

A Space Only stand includes anthracite grey carpet tiles.

If you have reserved a Space Only stand, you are only renting the floor space with carpet tiles. Removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance via the webshop.

You are responsible for arranging the rest of the stand construction yourself. We would like to receive the stand floor plan and technical drawing in advance for approval. Please check the deadlines for the correct submission date.

Guidelines for own stand construction

Evenementenhal Gorinchem

  • Hall 1 high level: 4.5 metres
  • Hall 2 low level: 4.5 metres
  • Hall 2 Next Level: 4.5 metres

Evenementenhal Hardenberg

  • Halls 1 to 7 and Klepperzaal: 4.5 metres
  • Evenementenhal Gorinchem: 4 metres
  • Evenementenhal Hardenberg: 4 metres
Check the floor plans for the no-rigging zones. In these areas, rigging above the stand is not possible.

Suspension points (rigging) may only be installed by our preferred supplier Decoriginals. Requests can be submitted via the webshop.
Stand walls higher than 2.5 metres must be finished in a neutral white or black on the rear side from 2.5 metres upwards, without logos and/or visuals.

It is not permitted to attach stand walls and/or other stand elements to an adjacent stand that is not built by the same exhibitor/stand builder.

If you wish to provide an inline stand with your own stand construction, please take the net internal dimensions into account.
Net internal dimension: -5 cm + -1 cm per metre of stand wall. (For example: an inline stand 3 metres wide has a net internal dimension of 2.92 m.)
