If you have ordered printed materials, you must submit your designs in good time. Please check the deadlines to see when we need to receive your designs and refer to the specifications below.

Seamless prints

The fabric of seamless prints is the property of the exhibitor (with the exception of the frame). If you would like to keep the fabric after the event, you must take it with you immediately after the last event day. The fabric can easily be removed from the frame by pulling the small loop in the bottom corner.

Any fabrics that are still in the frames one hour after the end of the last event day will be removed and sent for recycling, and can no longer be retrieved.

Submitting print design files:
Graphic files can be uploaded via our event uploader. After you have placed an order, you will receive a direct link and more information about uploading the files by email.

Specifications for seamless prints

Printed stand panels

Printed stand panels can be taken by the exhibitor after the event if desired (with the exception of the frame). If you would like to take the stand panels with you, you must inform the exhibitors’ reception or Event Services before the end of the first event day. The panels must be taken immediately after the end of the event. Unfortunately, storage of the panels is not possible.

If you do not indicate before the end of the first event day that you wish to take the stand panels with you, they will be recycled immediately after the event.

Other printed materials

De specificaties van overig printwerk zoals banners All-in Plus, geprinte frieslijsten, prints Easy Eyecatchers, baliestickers etc. ontvang je na bestelling van het gewenste product.
Alle banners, geprinte doeken en panelen kunnen indien gewenst na afloop van het event door de exposant meegenomen worden (m.u.v. het frame). Indien je het printwerp mee wilt nemen dien je dit voor het einde van de eerste beursdag aan te geven bij de exposanten receptie of Event Services. De prints dienen direct na afloop van de laatste beursdag te worden meegenomen. Demontage gebeurt door Easyfairs en/of de betreffende leverancier. Helaas is er geen mogelijkheid tot opslag van printwerk.

Indien voor het einde van de eerste beursdag niet kenbaar wordt gemaakt dat je het printwerk mee wilt nemen worden deze direct na afloop van het event verwijderd en gerecycled.
