Access and stand personnel
Below you will find all important information about access to the event during build-up, breakdown and the event days themselves. Make sure you are well prepared and follow all access rules.
Stand personnel
Register your stand crew in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage your stand – Stand personnel – Manage stand personnel). During the build-up you can collect the badges at the exhibitors’ reception using the barcode.
Catering vouchers
All exhibitors receive 2 catering vouchers per event day, which give access to the exhibitors’ restaurant. Any additional catering vouchers can be ordered in the webshop. The catering vouchers and any additional ordered vouchers can be collected at the exhibitors’ reception on the last build-up day and the first event day.

Dinner: 17:00–19:30
Parking tickets
All exhibitors receive 2 parking tickets per event day, which allow you to exit the car park free of charge. Do you need extra parking tickets? Order them in advance in the webshop or on site at the parking ticket machine. The parking tickets and any additional ordered tickets can be collected at the exhibitors’ reception on the last build-up day and the first event day.
Accessibility
By car
From junction Gorinchem (A27/A15) follow directions Nijmegen (A15). Take exit Gorinchem-Oost (exit 28). Turn left at the traffic lights and follow the dynamic signage.
Parking
There are 2,200 parking spaces around Evenementenhal Gorinchem, where you can park your vehicle for €10 per day. Coming by bike? You will also find a free bicycle parking area on the car park.
By public transport
Evenementenhal Gorinchem is easy to reach by public transport.* From Gorinchem station, you can take bus line 387. Get off at the nearest stop, Griendweg; from there it is only an 8-minute walk to Evenementenhal Gorinchem.
*Please note: on Sundays, travelling by public transport may take longer than usual.
