ACCURL TubeLINE tube lasers offer precise and efficient 2D and 3D processing of tubes, profiles, and beams. The series ranges from the compact TubeLINE A to the automatable BK and the powerful D for large dimensions. Depending on the model, diameters from 8 to 580 mm, lengths up to 12.2 meters, and laser power from 2 to 20 kW are possible. Key features include two or three chucks, servo-controlled material supports, scrap-free cutting, chamfering up to ±45°, and semi- or fully automatic loading and unloading.

Accurl SmartLINE X

The SmartLINE X laser machine is Accurl's new entry-level model. This fiber laser has been developed for companies looking for efficient and reliable laser cutting, featuring a compact machine that fits into a wide range of production environments. With the fully electric pallet changer, productivity can be increased by up to 8% with an average of 10 pallet changes per hour. The SmartLINE X is available in machining formats 3015, 4020, 6025, and 8025. The machine also features real-time data and IIoT connectivity.

RAS bending machine

Thanks to the gantry design and Yaskawa and Bosch-Rexroth drives, the machine offers high dynamics, stability, and accuracy for thin and thick material. With 3G acceleration and a servo-driven, height-adjustable exchange table, Accurl achieves up to 20% faster cycle times (28 m/s², 180 m/min).
