About us
1977 Gerd Kemper developed the first system for extracting welding fumes directly at the point of origin in a garage. Today we develop technologies that make industrial workplaces worldwide safer, cleaner and future-proof. Where welding, cutting or processing takes place, emissions such as fumes, dust and fine particles are generated. Without suitable extraction, these substances enter the breathing air and place a burden on industrial workplaces. Clean air is therefore not a luxury – but a prerequisite for safe production. This is exactly where KEMPER comes in. We believe in an industry where technology not only works efficiently but also protects people. AirDome
The AirDome ensures clean air in production facilities and workshops with changing dust and fume sources – ideal where point extraction is not sufficient. As a space-saving powerhouse, it delivers an extreme extraction capacity of 20,000 m³/h on just 1.5 m² of floor space. With automatic filter cleaning and modern EC technology, it operates energy-efficiently, quietly, and with minimal maintenance. Thanks to displacement ventilation in line with safety authority recommendations, optimised airflow, 360° air outlet, and contamination-free dust disposal, the tower reliably protects both people and machines – with minimal footprint and no need for ducting.
VacuFil Compact
The high vacuum extraction unit VacuFil Compact is designed for large quantities of welding fumes and dust. It has a large, cleanable filter and comfortable one-button operation, even with gloves. Many additional features such as automatic air volume control are available. The side channel blower for negative pressure provides robust performance for industrial users.
SmartFil Extraction Filter Unit
SmartFil is a mobile welding fume filtering unit for regular use in welding with medium amounts of fumes and dust. The disposable filter of the extraction unit has a particularly high filter surface of 25 m² and is changed completely contamination-free when saturated. SmartFil effectively protects the user from welding fumes and is particularly economical thanks to its long service life.
