Yes! Evenementenhal Gorinchem offers more than enough parking for both visitors and exhibitors, with 2,200 parking spaces and 36 charging points. A parking ticket costs €11.
Yes, there are 36 charging stations available in the car park.
Participation in Welding Week is already possible from €3,580,- (12 m² all-in in-between stand).

After confirmation of your participation, you will receive access to My Easyfairs. There, you can register yourself and your colleagues.
After registering, you will receive an email with your admission ticket. Have this ticket scanned at the entrance and you will then receive your badge.

Yes, there is free catering for both visitors and exhibitors. During the day, our hostesses will visit the stands with drinks. In addition, there is an exhibitors’ restaurant where you can have a meal. Extra vouchers for the restaurant can be ordered in advance via My Easyfairs or purchased on site during the event.
Make use of the promotional tools we provide, such as the free invitation service, banners, social media materials and personal invitation links. Communicate to your network well in advance that you will be present, and highlight what visitors can specifically experience at your stand.
You can invite your contacts via your personal registration link, which you can easily share by email and on social media. In addition, you can use our free invitation service, which allows you to invite your contacts professionally and automatically.
Each stand is equipped with at least one Smart Badge Reader. Visitors can scan their Smart Badge on the reader to receive more information about your brand or product. This information is automatically emailed to them after the event. As an exhibitor, you decide which information is sent. After the event, you will also receive an overview of the visitors who have shown interest in your brand.
- With the Smart Badge Reader at your stand, visitors collect information themselves. They scan their badge and automatically receive the information you have set up as an exhibitor after the event. You will also receive a list afterwards of all visitors who have shown interest in your stand.
- With VisitConnect, you can actively scan leads, qualify them immediately, add notes and export your leads afterwards for follow-up.
Make sure your company profile in My Easyfairs is complete and up to date. Add your logo, description, product categories and visuals. You can also share news, innovations and job vacancies here. This information is used for the online exhibitor list, floor plan and sometimes in news items or social media posts for the event.
