Stand insurance

Easyfairs offers a collective stand insurance in which exhibitors can participate at an attractive rate. For all questions regarding the collective stand insurance, please refer to: www.inevexco.co.uk.

Welding on the stand

Gas cylinders

  • Only working stock is allowed on the event floor, i.e. 1 cylinder, which must be secured against falling over.
  • The remaining stock must be stored in a ventilated, locked area separate from the building, at least 15 metres away from the premises.
  • At the end of each event day, the valves on the cylinders must be closed.

Protection

  • Workstations must be properly shielded from visitors by means of a barrier made of hard plastic or glass. Visitors must not be able to come into contact with heated parts or open flames.
  • The floor must also be protected, for example with a rubber mat.
  • It is mandatory to have a fire extinguisher and fire blanket on the stand.
  • Demonstrations must be carried out by trained personnel.
  • Electrical welding fume extraction is mandatory.
