Order in good time to benefit from the early bird rate. Check the early bird deadline here.

After the early bird rate expires, a 30% surcharge applies. Certain products, such as printed materials, can only be ordered during the early bird period.

Please note:

  • A 100% surcharge applies for requesting technical services during the build-up.
  • Only a limited range is available during the build-up and while stocks last.
  • Delivery of additional orders placed via the webshop will always take priority over orders placed during the build-up.

Additional orders can be cancelled up to 15 days before the start of the event. After that, 100% cancellation costs will be charged. Printed materials such as seamless prints, printed panels and stickers cannot be cancelled.

Webshop items are rented and therefore remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or its suppliers. In case of damage and/or loss, the costs will be charged to the exhibitor.
